Grief Foundations: Online Training for Children's Grief Support and Group Facilitation

An asynchronous training program for mental health providers and clinicians seeking to deepen their understanding of children’s bereavement and develop practical skills for facilitating grief support groups. This 11-hour, self-paced training includes three main modules: Grief Foundations, Grief in Children and Teens, and Facilitating Grief Support Groups. Participants have the option to purchase 11 CEUs (available to professionals licensed in Illinois), join optional monthly Connection Calls with other registrants, and, upon completion, receive access to a Facilitator Portal with resources and activities to support group facilitation, as well as consultation services from Willow House.
